Delivery Policy Agreement

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Delivery Policy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the delivery terms for orders placed on the website www.pro-isnails.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") by "ISNails - Art Nails - Iryna Abelman" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
1.2. By placing an order on the Website, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") agrees to the terms of this Policy.

2. Delivery Timeframes
2.1. The standard delivery time for orders is between 3 to 10 business days from the date of payment confirmation, depending on the destination country.
2.2. Delivery times may vary based on the specific country and region of delivery, as well as any external factors, including customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
2.3. The Client will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

 

3. Standard Delivery
3.1. Standard delivery is the default shipping option provided by the Company. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination country.
3.2. The Client bears full responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or other applicable fees imposed by the destination country.
3.3. The Company is not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures or local postal services.

4. Express Delivery
4.1. If the Client wishes to expedite the delivery, they may request express shipping by contacting the Company via email at contact@irinasternbeauty.com.
4.2. The additional cost for express delivery will be borne by the Client and is calculated based on the chosen courier service and the destination.
4.3. The express delivery request must be made before the order is dispatched. Once confirmed, the Company will make every effort to expedite the shipment as requested.

5. Delivery Issues
5.1. If the Client does not receive their order within the specified delivery timeframe, they should contact the Company for assistance. The Company will work with the Client to investigate the issue and provide tracking information or assistance with resolving delays.
5.2. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other situations beyond the Company's control.
